At Luxury Hospitality, we are committed to inspiring and training upcoming and established hospitality professionals to deliver 7-star guest experiences. As leading experts in our field of luxury hospitality, we have trained and acted as consultants to crew onboard superyachts and high-end cruises as well as staff working in boutique hotels and luxury estates. 


For more than 25 years, we have trained staff and managers working in luxury hospitality around the world. We coach and mentor individuals and entire departments via our unique ‘360-degree’ approach designed to unleash an individual’s true talent and potential. Our experienced trainers work with individuals and whole teams at either our training location near Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, or onsite around the world

Backed by tertiary qualifications in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management, Lynne has more than 40 years of experience in hospitality. For 12 of those years, Lynne worked aboard luxury motor yachts and spent a further 30 years working in other yacht-related and villa management sectors.

Head of Insight

Julia has been involved in teaching and training for many years, having started out in the corporate IT sector. Later in her career, Julia pivoted to become an Energy and Performance Coach for private clients, specialising in workforce wellbeing to facilitate an understanding of how people function, feel, communicate and operate in the workplace.
